Nothing too dancy, but a lot of songs that I think you can listen too - seemed right for an opening set. Set 2 had a rapid change when someone requested "a bit more gothy", just as I was heading bleep, so I thought I'd do my best... Set 3 was more my sort of thing, nice bouncy synthpop/ebm with a darker ending. We'd not had anything like this so far on the night, so it seemed appropriate, although there was someone asking for requests for AC/DC and Metallica who didn't quite understand a) it was a goth night and b) that what I was playing could be termed goth...
