Mr Men and Little Miss Merchandise - Toys
Finding toys suitable for children seems harder than I'd have expected, and I currently don't know of many - if you do please do email!
I have found several sources for collectors, however, with various models from fast food chains and the like.

Toys
Shop4Toys in the UK have a small collection selection of bean toys.
Activity Toys
Shop4Toys in the UK have a selection of activity toys such as Mr Bump and Little Miss Naughty calculators, Mr Men crayons, and a "times table cube".
Good to be Wood have a collection of Wooden toys, including yoyos and jigsaw puzzles.

Promotional Models
DaveML (from the Mr Men webring) has models of the Mr Men available on his site. These are mostly collectables rather than kids toys. I think he's US based.
